Exceptional! By far the best hotel we've ever experienced in Malaysia. It brings a whole new level to service standards in Desaru and we were so impressed! The resort itself is stunning and looks like Thailand, the gardens are lush, the food great and buffets plentiful. Good selection of cocktails, beautiful rooms and clean beach. Above all, the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and ensure we had a memorable experience. The entire team are very well trained and professional.
