We felt like being pampered in a spa in a 5 star hotel. It is very clean and the bathroom is dry. Most amazingly all the staff are Malaysians. I commended the owner's professionalism. She said the key to the consistent high standard is continued training and follow-up training of the staff. The range of treatments on the menu are basic but I understand why she needs to keep it that way. For this price range, it's the best spa in Malaysia.
