Pulau Beras Basah, located 25 kilometres southwest of Kuah, features expansive sandy beaches, swaying palm trees, and clear blue waters against a verdant mountain backdrop. Therefore, we highly recommend bringing along a change of clothes, blankets, and beach essentials during this trip.   Despite its popularity amongst tourists, Pulau Beras Basah remains mostly underdeveloped save for several washrooms and rustic-looking stalls selling drinks and snacks for their convenience. There isn’t any accommodation on the island, so an overnight stay is inadvisable for travellers.
